Southeast Asia’s second-most visited country eyes 33 million tourists next year

Thailand, the second most visited country in Southeast Asia after Malaysia, aims to attract at least 33 million international visitors in 2027, generating 2.8-2.9 trillion THB (US$85-88 billion) in revenue next year, as the country shifts its focus from increasing the number of visitors to improving the quality and spending of tourists.
