2-Day 1-Night Tour: Explore Sa Pa’s Villages & Ethnic Culture A beautiful trekking journey through rice terraces, ethnic villages, bamboo forests, and peaceful valleys in Sa Pa. Experience authentic local life with Black H’Mong & Red Dao communities and stay overnight at a local homestay. ... DAY 1: SA PA – HAM RONG MOUNTAIN – HANG DA – GIANG TA CHAI MONG (12–14KM) 09:00 – Meet your tour guide at Sa Pa Stone Church. After a short introduction, begin the trekking journey with a 2km uphill trail to Ham Rong Mountain (2,000m). Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views including: ✔️ Fansipan Peak (3,143m) – the “Roof of Indochina” ✔️ Muong Hoa Valley with stunning terraced rice fields ✔️ River and valley landscapes of Sa Pa Continue trekking downhill to Hang Da Village, home of the Black H’Mong ethnic group. Along the way, you may see buffaloes, horses, pigs, and other freely roaming animals. 12:30 – Enjoy a local lunch at a small restaurant near a local family in Hang Da Village. 14:00 – Continue trekking along a small trail to Hau Thao Village. Observe daily local life such as farming, rice planting, or harvesting (seasonal). 17:00 – Arrive at a homestay in Giang Ta Chai Mong. Warm welcome from the Black H’Mong hosts. 19:00 – Traditional dinner at the homestay. Relax, chat with the hosts, and learn more about their culture. DAY 2: GIANG TA CHAI MONG – GIANG TA CHAI DAO – BAMBOO FOREST – TA VAN – LAO CHAI – SA PA (10KM) 08:00 – Wake up in the peaceful countryside. Enjoy fresh air, drifting clouds, and sunrise over the valley. 09:00 – Breakfast at the homestay with hot tea or coffee. 09:30 – Depart and trek to Giang Ta Chai Dao Village, home of the Red Dao ethnic group. You will have the chance to: ✔️ Take photos of endless terraced rice fields ✔️ Observe traditional wooden houses and daily life ✔️ Visit a peaceful village lake 11:00 – Walk through the Bamboo Forest to Ta Van Village. Rest, take photos, and enjoy nature. 12:00 – Continue trekking from Ta Van to Lao Chai Village. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in one of the most beautiful valleys in Sa Pa. 14:00 – Car pick-up at Lao Chai Village. 15:30 – 16:00 – End of the tour. Return to Sa Pa with unforgettable memories.
