Lan Ha Bay – Ha Long Bay: 1-Day Boat Tour & Kayaking Full-day cruise through quiet, less-touristy areas of Lan Ha Bay, Ha Long Bay, and Dau Be Island. ... Schedule Departure: 8:00 – 8:30 AM Return: 5:15 PM – Cat Ba Town 8:00 – 8:30 AM Pick-up from your hotel by minibus. Short transfer to Beo Harbor, boarding and safety briefing. 8:30 – 9:00 AM Cruise past the Floating Fishing Village. Enjoy limestone formations such as Turtle Islet, Toad Islet and Candle Islet. Kayaking in Lan Ha Bay – Ha Long Bay Kayak through Bright Cave, Dark Cave and Bat Cave into hidden lagoons. With some luck, spot the rare Cat Ba Langur. Ba Trai Dao Beach Swimming in crystal-clear water or jump from the boat. 12:00 – 1:00 PM Fresh Vietnamese lunch on board (seafood & vegetarian options). 1:00 – 2:30 PM Relax on sundeck, photography, cruising toward Viet Hai Village. 2:30 – 3:30 PM Arrive Viet Hai Harbor. Cycling through rice fields, village visit, local life experience, fish massage. 4:00 – 4:30 PM Sunset party on the boat while cruising toward Monkey Island. 5:00 PM Return to harbor. 5:15 PM Drop-off back in Cat Ba Town. The tour guides spoke very well English and provided information throughout the day and at each stop. Besides they were very friendly, caring and funny. Also the bus ride was very good.
