(35km) - Muong Phang 12:00 – Head up into the remote mountains, arriving at the lesser-traveled Muong Phang village, home to the Black Thai ethnic community. (2km) - Ban Kha Village 12:30 – Savor a homemade Black Thai lunch with local specialties. 14:00 – Take a light walk around the Viet Minh’s Campaign Headquarters, where General Giap and Ho Chi Minh lived and strategized during the battle.
