The e-bike rental price already includes all services listed in the What's Included section.
The initial payment made on GetYourGuide is 100,000 VND, which covers 1 hour of usage, calculated from the moment you pick up the bike. ...
Half-Day Rental Option
If you wish to rent the e-bike for half a day, the available time slots are 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM. In this case, an additional 100,000 VND must be paid directly to us, on top of the amount already paid on GetYourGuide.
(Note: For half-day rentals, bike delivery is only available at 8:00 AM or 12:00 PM to ensure accurate rental timing.)

Full-Day Rental Option
The full-day rental is the most flexible and cost-effective option for guests who want to explore the island at their own pace. The rental duration is approximately 12 hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM), with an additional 200,000 VND payable directly to us. When booking the deposit, you may contact us in advance and pick up the e-bike at any time within this time frame, giving you complete freedom to plan your day.

The tour guides spoke very well English and provided information throughout the day and at each stop. Besides they were very friendly, caring and funny. Also the bus ride was very good.
