Ba Be National Park Discovery – 3-Day Itinerary Overview & Highlights Explore the diverse ethnic cultures at Thai Nguyen Museum, cruise through the stunning landscapes of Ba Be Lake, discover mysterious caves like Puong and Hua Ma, and immerse yourself in the peaceful village life of the Tay community. What's Included: • Accommodation & daily meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner as specified) • Professional guide & transportation • Boat trips, cave entrance fees & permits Note: Comfortable walking shoes, swimwear, and a camera are highly recommended. ... --------------------------------------- Day 1: Hanoi – Thai Nguyen Museum – Ba Be National Park Get picked up from your hotel in Hanoi and head to the Museum of Vietnamese Ethnic Cultures in Thai Nguyen. Discover exhibits on Vietnam’s diverse ethnic groups, traditional costumes, artifacts, and architecture. Continue the journey and enjoy lunch en route before arriving at Ba Be National Park in the late afternoon. Check into your hotel and relax with some leisure time by Ba Be Lake. Have dinner and spend the night in Ba Be. Day 2: Full-Day Boat Trip on Ba Be Lake After breakfast, transfer to the boat dock to begin your lake adventure. Visit An Ma Temple on a peaceful islet before cruising along the shoreline, where you may spot monkeys and wildlife. Travel down the Nang River, stopping at a Tay ethnic village to see traditional farming life. Continue to Dau Dang Waterfall, where you’ll enjoy lunch at a riverside restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the impressive Puong Cave, home to stalactites and bat colonies. End the day with a swim and sunset at Widow Island (Po Gia Mai) before returning to your hotel. Day 3: Ba Be National Park – Hanoi Start the morning with a visit to Pac Ngoi Village, known for its Tay stilt houses. Explore Hua Ma Cave, filled with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites. After lunch at a local restaurant, begin your return journey to Hanoi, with scenic photo stops along the way. Arrive back at your hotel in the capital around 6:00 PM.

The tour guides spoke very well English and provided information throughout the day and at each stop. Besides they were very friendly, caring and funny. Also the bus ride was very good.
