In some cases, if bus access is limited or your hotel is on a narrow street, we'll arrange a nearby meeting point within a short walking distance of your hotel & confirm the details before your tour. NINH BINH TOUR: 09:15 | Short Break Have a short break for relaxing & using the toilet at a stopover of about 15–20 minutes. 10:00 – 10:30 | Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Arrive at Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam in the 10th century, and visit the King temples. With the introduction of our local guide, you will get to know more about Vietnamese history. Relax before lunch: - A short bike ride with tour guide: Get on a bike & start cycling to explore the beautiful scenery & limestone mountains with a unique route (optional and free of charge). - If you don't wish to cycle, feel free to explore the village on foot or rest at a local restaurant. 12:00 | Lunch Enjoy Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant – goat meat dishes are the local speciality. (Vegetarian foods are available) 13:30 | Trang An Boat Trip Arrive at Trang An and spend about 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours exploring the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, aboard a traditional sampan boat shared by up to 4 guests and rowed by a local boatman. Explore the amazing cave tunnel system as you glide through tranquil waterways surrounded by towering limestone mountains and sacred temples. Enjoy this part of the journey at your own pace, taking in the peaceful surroundings and breathtaking scenery. Mua Cave Hike: Get back on the bus and continue to Mua Cave. Climb nearly 500 stone steps to the top of Lying Dragon Mountain, where you'll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of Tam Coc's rice fields, winding rivers and dramatic limestone karsts. It's one of the most iconic viewpoints in Ninh Binh and a perfect spot to capture unforgettable photos before heading back to Hanoi. ✔ The itinerary may change due to weather or traffic to ensure the best possible experience. RETURN: Leave Ninh Binh and drive back to Hanoi. The tour guides spoke very well English and provided information throughout the day and at each stop. Besides they were very friendly, caring and funny. Also the bus ride was very good.
