Ha Giang Loop Tour – 4 Days Itinerary Pick-up & Transportation We provide pick-up from Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Binh, Ha Long & Cat Ba. (Ha Long / Cat Ba: additional fee 10 USD/person). Pick-up location will be confirmed before the activity starts via message. Tour Options (scroll down to choose your preferred): • Self-riding – International Driving Permit (IDP – Vienna Convention) required • Easy Rider – Certified driver assists you throughout the trip • Easy Rider & Private Room – Certified driver + private room for the whole trip Note: Self-riding & Easy Rider guests will be in the same group. ... --------------------------------------- DAY 1: Ha Giang – Quan Ba – Du Gia After breakfast, we start riding on the legendary Road of Happiness, heading north from Ha Giang City. We climb Quan Ba Pass, enter Dong Van Global Geopark, stop at Heaven’s Gate and pass the famous Fairy Hills. Continuing deep into the mountains, we reach the peaceful village of Du Gia. Overnight at an ethnic minority homestay. Dinner & breakfast with the local family included. --------------------------------------- DAY 2: Du Gia – Meo Vac – Ma Pi Leng – Dong Van Say goodbye to the homestay family and continue through some of the most spectacular mountain scenery in Vietnam. Pass through Meo Vac before slowly climbing the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass. Arrive in Dong Van, the northernmost town in Vietnam. Optional hike to the old French fort for a stunning panoramic view. Explore Dong Van Old Quarter in the evening. --------------------------------------- DAY 3: Dong Van – Lung Cu – Sa Phin – Yen Minh – Nam Dam If it’s Sunday, visit the vibrant Dong Van weekly market, where many ethnic minority groups gather. Visit the 100-year-old Vuong Chinh Duc Palace – the King of the H’Mong people. Ride across the dramatic Stone Plateau, lunch in Yen Minh, then continue through pine forests and terraced rice fields. Arrive at Nam Dam village. Overnight with a friendly Dao ethnic family. Dinner & breakfast included. --------------------------------------- DAY 4: Nam Dam – Lung Khuy – Tam Son – Ha Giang City After breakfast, enjoy village life and a short walk around Nam Dam. Visit the impressive Lung Khuy Cave. Lunch in Tam Son, then take a beautiful side-loop connecting back to the Road of Happiness. Return to Ha Giang City. End of tour around 17:30 in Ha Giang City. Relax at our hostel. VIP bus picks you up around 19:00 for return to Hanoi. Drop-off to Sapa or Ninh Binh available upon request.
